Partnership

Strategic GTM Partnership with Lenovo

We launched a strategic GTM partnership with Lenovo, enabling large-scale B2C distribution through a bundled offering. Customers purchasing selected Lenovo laptops receive access to CampusAI (our AI virtual school), creating a seamless acquisition channel within the hardware sales flow. The partnership leverages Lenovo's marketing and GTM engine, unlocking a scalable growth channel.

Product Launch

Improvement Radar Tool for Enterprise

We deployed the Improvement Radar tool with a large pharma enterprise client as our first production implementation in this customer segment. The tool enables teams to systematically identify and generate operational improvements using AI. The initial rollout showed strong engagement and a high volume of actionable ideas across teams, resulting in high client satisfaction.

 

Enterprise Programs

Cohort-Based AI Programs Scaling Up

We continue scaling cohort-based AI enterprise programs, beginning with readiness surveys and focused on building agile, innovation-driven organizations. This month, we launched cohorts with a major bank in Poland and a leading media holding in the UK. These cohort-based AI program implementations demonstrate a proven, repeatable model for driving organizational change.

 

B2C Revenue

Vibe Coding Program — New Revenue Stream Validated

We completed a live cohort-based vibe coding program for B2C users as part of our CampusAI virtual school, upselling and onboarding 218 new customers and generating $70K in revenue. This served as a key validation of a new additional B2C revenue stream and strong market demand. Throughout the cohort, we gathered insights on what works and are now optimizing the model toward a more automated and scalable delivery.

Company Reorganization — 20% Cost Reduction

We executed a company-wide reorganization, reducing costs by 20% and transitioning to an AI-native operating model across all departments. This shift improves efficiency and execution speed while extending our runway without slowing the growth. Further optimizations are planned following the completion of core tech work, with additional efficiencies expected through deeper AI integration.

What's Next in April 2026?

 

Investors

Investors Lounge Portal

We are preparing a dedicated Investors Lounge Portal to centralize updates, materials, and ongoing communication. This will provide easier access to key information, progress tracking, and company insights. The goal is to increase transparency and streamline investor engagement. Access to the Investor Lounge will be available at the beginning of May.


In version 1.0, this will serve as a space for receiving updates about our company and opportunities to invest in us.


In version 2.0, following our Series A, it will evolve into a platform where investors can explore additional investment opportunities in projects emerging within the global District ecosystem and the regions in which we operate.


In version 3.0, it will expand further to include a suite of tools designed for investors and investment funds, supporting the implementation of automation across the industry.

Product Launch

District OS - Product Launch

We are preparing to launch District OS in a freemium and paid model, designed to scale our B2C user base and validate our subscription approach.


District OS integrates CampusAI educational microservices, a 3D environment, and an agentic layer into one unified system.


Users will access selected functionalities for free for a limited time, while the paid tier ($39/month) unlocks full ecosystem access through District Membership.


The team is finalizing the beta in April, with launch planned for May.

Expansion

Founders Loft — Growth Engine

By the end of this month, we plan to introduce new "Founders Loft" packages to strengthen our international expansion and support local communities of proactive entrepreneurs around the world. These paid packages provide access to our know-how, proven playbooks, and direct guidance from me. They are designed to help entrepreneurs build and grow their own one-person businesses locally or, for selected individuals, become co-founders of local chapters of our company. This will help us enter new markets faster while creating value for both us and local entrepreneurs.
