District OS - Launching May 18
We are entering the final phase before launching District OS, our unified platform combining AI education, agent workflows, and a virtual collaboration environment. The product introduces a freemium and $39/month subscription model, significantly expanding access compared to our current $350 education offering and opening new customer segments. We expect this shift to drive a substantial increase in both free users for further nurturing and paid subscribers. The rollout will be controlled, with the initial weeks focused on validating user flows and optimizing conversion performance.

Growth System
|
AI-Powered Growth System
To ensure an efficient and scalable launch, we have built a fully integrated, AI-native marketing system that automates key functions across strategy, execution, and reporting. By leveraging agent-based workflows, we significantly reduce operational costs while increasing speed of iteration and campaign optimization.
In parallel, we developed a high-scale content engine capable of generating large volumes of short-form video content. At launch, we will have over 1,000 assets ready, enabling consistent multi-channel distribution and reducing reliance on paid acquisition.
Together, these systems create a capital-efficient growth model designed to maximize reach, accelerate learning cycles, and support rapid scaling post-launch.

Lenovo · Partnership
|
Lenovo - Next Phase of GTM Execution
Following the launch of our joint digital GTM campaign with Lenovo in April, we are now moving into the next phase with a live activation event hosted in their flagship showroom in Warsaw. The event combines hands-on interaction with Lenovo hardware and early access to our virtual District environment ahead of the official District OS launch, allowing users to experience the product in a real-world context.
This activation strengthens the visibility of our partnership, generates high-quality content for further distribution, and drives community engagement and early user onboarding.

T-Mobile · Partnership
|
T-Mobile - B2C Campaign at Scale
We have signed a new partnership with T-Mobile in Poland and will be launching a large-scale educational campaign later this month through the Magenta Moments program. The initiative will provide users with free access to AI education embedded directly within the Mój T-Mobile app, using Magenta AI as the core learning context.
The program is designed to teach practical, everyday applications of AI in a simple and accessible way, allowing users to learn on a tool they already use. After completing the initial program, users will be encouraged to continue their journey within the CampusAI learning platform, creating a natural conversion path from education to deeper engagement.
This creates a frictionless acquisition channel and validates a scalable model for distribution through large telco ecosystems.

Affiliate
|
Affiliate System - Scalable Distribution Layer
With the launch of District OS, we are introducing a fully integrated affiliate system designed to unlock a new, scalable distribution channel. The system enables both individual users and organizational partners to actively participate in growth by promoting District OS within their networks.
Affiliates will have access to dedicated tracking, lifetime attribution, and performance visibility, allowing them to generate revenue through referrals while contributing to user acquisition. For organizations, the program also provides a structured pathway to engage with us and explore value-added service partnerships, enabling them to integrate our product into their own offerings.

UK Market
|
UK Campaign - SMB AI Adoption
We have launched a digital campaign in the UK targeting freelancers, small teams, and entrepreneurs. The initiative focuses on educating users on how to leverage AI in everyday business operations to improve efficiency and productivity.
The campaign is built around an educational-first approach, positioning CampusAI (our AI education platform) as a practical solution for real business use cases in the SMB segment. It serves as a test to validate demand and refine our offering for this audience.
If successful, this model will be scaled and replicated across other international markets as part of our broader B2C expansion strategy.

Bulgaria - Partner-Led Market Entry Model
In April we announced a strategic partnership with CTeam Bulgaria, a leading HR services provider. On this market, we will start by educating enterprise customers on Human+AI collaboration. Under this agreement, CTeam handles local sales and delivery, giving us immediate access to enterprise clients. We are already in discussions with the first customers introduced by CTeam, validating early demand in the region.
